The grades and values on the certificates are in the opinion of the individual valuer. The valuations confirm that the Diamonds, Gemstones and Gold content are genuine. Very occasionally, there may be typo or a human error made. This does not constitute willful misrepresentation of an item, or item not as described.
We also include some enlarged photos so that the buyer can clearly see the details of the stones. We also take shots of the jewellery on a mannequin to give an idea of the true size. All of these things are done to ensure the best possible description is provided to our customers.
