Vtg MCM Flocked Scotty Dog Trash Can HOLT Wastebasket Scottish Terrier Mid-Century Modern

This vintage paper covered metal wastebasket is in fair-good condition. Does have a couple of dings and paper is soiled/scuffed in a few places. Surface rust around top and bottom edges. Dogs have flocked black paper which seems solid, color is still decent. Can is marked with an embossed "H" on bottom, I believe the manufacturer is Holt. Stands 11-1/2", 11" across at widest point at top.
