This is the large Stingray playset for the mid-60s Gerry Anderson show, Stingray (predates Thunderbirds). Matchbox produced this model in 1993 to coincide with the BBC rescreening all of the early Anderson puppet shows in the early 90s.

Scaled to fit the action figures also produced by Matchbox at the time. 

Includes all four torpedoes, original packaging, instructions, and Troy Tempest figure included (opened card in poor condition). Stingray submarine and Tempest figure in near mint condition. Torpedo tubes work and fire as new.

Box is in reasonable condition, with some edge wear, and a puncture/tear on one side. See photos.
