Elodie Barker is a well-known professional ceramic artist. Receiving many awards for her designs. On completion of her studies she was accepted into the prestigious JamFactory Contemporary Craft and Design where she undertook two years of a career development scheme as an Associate in the Ceramics Studio. Whilst at the Jamfactory she began to work with Shantala Chung Gon CoCo's director and together they have worked showcasing her work all over the world. She now has a studio of her own and hand-builds numerous sculptures out of various clays. Her work is based on animals of all kinds. She hand throws bowls of various sizes on a potter’s wheel which she then decorates using various underglaze pigments.

Elodie's range of wheel-thrown pottery pieces are made using cream-coloured earthenware clay. Each design is then individually hand-painted with adorable animal designs. These pieces are highly usable and safe to use in the dishwasher.

All of the range is specifically made to look like images shown with facial expressions, pose and colours. This makes it easier for our clients when purchasing. Both functional and sculptural.
