As worn by players such as Zlatko Zahovič, Simão Sabrosa, Ljubinko Drulović, Joao Pinto, Andersson and Argel when As Águias finished runners-up in the Primeira Liga. The season was also the last that Benfica played in the original Estádio da Luz, before a new version was built ahead of UEFA Euro 2004.
