Inspired by Nature, Patricia Garrett created her “Great Impressions” pottery in her Berkeley, California studio from 1980 until 2003. After traveling the world and spending several years in Japan learning from a family of potters she returned to California to earn a masters degree in art and sculpture. With a commission to create dishes for a local restaurant Great Impressions was born. Crafted of fine Stoneware, Great Impressions pieces are functional and durable, lead free and fired to 2300 degrees. Each piece is hand Painted and glazed taking approximately 2 weeks to complete a single piece
Measures approx 7 ¾” high to top of lid (5” high to top of bowl) x 10” long x 9 ½” wide, holds approx 4 1/2 quarts to top of rim
