Item: VTG Wilson Ranch Jacket, We are unsure if it is real or faux shearling.

Condition: Good condition. Minor wear to both sleeves. There is faint dirtyness on the sleeves. There is a wear mark on the shoulder and back bottom.  (See Pictures) Any stains may come out with proper cleaning (No Guarantees)
