Rare Civil War Era Sheet Music The Wind and the Harp owned by Blanche Noel

Blanche Noel was an 1800's aristocrat and god daughter of Queen Victoria.  This piece was part of a collection of sheet music owned by Blanche Noel.

This sheet music is not dated but was part of a collection of Blanche Noel's sheet music from prior to their marriage (based on the fact her name on them is B. Noel instead of Blanche Noel Murphy), which they married in 1870, so possibly Civil War Era in age.  I don't know the the names written were by Blanche herself as it's "B & ? Noel" so possibly the other initial was one of her siblings.
