Well-loved iPad in generally great physical condition but with touchscreen problem

Original screen was cracked and replaced. Replacement screen is experiencing touchscreen issues. Difficult to type. Does not register all touches. Also, thumbprint scanner does not work.

Maybe good for repair by someone who knows what to do.
