This is a Inzer Knee Sleeve XT. It is made with Inzers XT material that is stronger than neoprene. It has 3 velcro fasteners on the exterior, in good condition. the measurements are 9"x7"x6" flat. I am assuming it is a small 13"-15" according to the Inzer website. It appears to be for the right leg.
