Description of Condition - Grading: We make every effort to conservatively describe the condition of our auction items. The photos on the listing illustrate the actual condition of the items listed.  It is our intent to understate rather than overstate condition. If you are uncertain as to the condition of our item after reading the description, viewing the included pictures and from the answers we provide to your submitted questions, then we highly recommend that you ask before you bid.

Shipping:  We provide shipping to any of the 50 states of the USA and its territories. All Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service) and includes free delivery confirmation tracking.

Payment is due no later than 2 calendar days after Auction closes or after clicking Buy-It-Now. We will send an invoice after the auction closes, if needed.

Shipping usually takes approximately 2 business days after item is purchased (business days does not include weekends).  However, every attempt will be made to ship items as quickly as possible.  However, certain items take longer to ship because they need to be packaged properly with greater care to ensure that they arrive in an undamaged condition.

Shipping tracking information is normally uploaded.  Once the tracking label is uploaded, the item is normally at the post office within 24 hours.  My local post office is a busy office that typically has a heavy volume of packages.  Sometimes they DO NOT SCAN the tracking info. on the packages.  This does NOT mean the item has not been shipped yet.  Quite often the package is en route to its final destination and will not be scanned until it reaches the next sorting center near its final destination.  Therefore, please be patient and continue to check tracking info. 

Return Policy: In general, we DO NOT accept returns. Please ask any questions before placing bids.

If a buyer desires to return the item, we will consider authorizing returns on a case by case basis and only if the condition of the item has been grossly overstated. In all cases the buyer must receive our written authorization and instructions prior to actually making a return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In all situations the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold, properly protected in return shipment and insured, and the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be based on the outcome of that inspection. Refunds will be via PayPal only.
