The obverse of the ingot features the landmark Fort Smith and the words "Drink Coca‐Cola." The reverse has the typical Coca‐Cola logo below, with an encircled 75th Anniversary diamond above. The city and state are added in large letters above the Coca‐Cola logo.

The advertised information on this ingot states that the first 200 were made for the bottler and 1,000 were made available for sale to the public.
