My lovely Jaguar was in regular use until I parked her up in the autumn of 2002 and forgot about her!

When I tried to start her in 2023 obviously the battery (new in 2022) was dead. Fitted another new battery and everything jumped into life but still she wouldn`t start. Taken to a garage I gather the problem is with the ECU and would be expensive! Since then it has sat in a garage compound. I cannot afford to have her repaired and so she must go!

A lovely car to drive, she looked stunning and I am sure someone with the right skills would be able to get her back on the road again.

The interior front leather and bodywork would require some attention. Some laquer peel on the bonnet and passenger door and some rust on rear offside quarter. Sills were mentioned on last MOT. New tailored panels were welded into both drivers and passengers footwells and undersealed.

All electrics working at the time of parking up apart from nearside rear window (probably a broken cable) and passenger headrest.

Good spare tyre.

Once repaired this Jaguar will give years of pleasure. It is a lovely car and suprisingly economical.

When cleaned she looks superb and the hood works well and cleans up nicely. The last two photos were from happier times!

Mileage at last MOT was 141,352. It hadn`t done a great deal afterward so 145,000 miles is my best estimate as I cannot get to check.

I have the logbook in my name.

No overseas buyers/offers!

Please note that the car is offered elsewhere.

Will obviously require towing away.
