Up for sale, a 2015 Fender Japan Exclusive Classic ‘60s Precision Bass in like-new condition and in perfect working order, finished in custom color Lake Placid Blue. As the model name would suggest, this Precision Bass was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside its country of origin.

The Classic 60s Precision Bass is the successor to Fender Japan's PB62 model and features virtually identical construction. Tonewoods comprise a basswood body, maple neck and slab rosewood fretboard, yielding a balanced natural acoustic tone. This Precision Bass weighs 8lbs, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and spot-on intonation.

The custom color Old Lake Placid Blue finish (abbreviated OLB in the catalog) represents a more vintage-correct and icy shade of this classic Fender finish compared to earlier Fender Japan offerings. There's barely a scratch on the body, and the ambered gloss on the neck profile is similarly immaculate and highlights subtle curly figuring in the maple.

The original Fender-branded gigbag is included.
