1) By placing a bid, or buying an item, you agree to all seller terms and conditions. YOU are responsible for reading them before you buy.

    Payments are due within 4 days from listings end. Nonpaying buyers will be reported to eBay after that time.

 3) Items:

     -You are guaranteed to receive the item listed as described, and in good working condition.
     -All items are the actual items pictured in the listings.
    -It is the buyer's responsibility to know what part they are buying, and if it fits their vehicle or not.
    -Part numbers are supplied when available, and buyers need to verify their part numbers before bidding or buying. Part numbers do not lie..
    -Buyers are responsible to know the difference between their left and right.. Driver's side = Left,  Passenger's side = Right.
    -Items may be discreetly marked to prevent any attempts of theft or fraud.
     You are guaranteed to receive the item listed as described, and in working condition.. Otherwise, NO RETURNS!

4) Shipping:
    -I only ship items within the lower 48 states. I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.. No international shipping.. No exceptions..
    -All items are securely packaged and are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. (Sundays & holidays not included).
    -Shipping times stated are just estimates. Items will USUALLY arrive faster that the stated delivery dates.
    -A tracking number will be provided to you.
    -All tracking information will be submitted to eBay. You can view the shipping status on your My eBay page under purchase history.
    -Buyers are responsible to have their correct shipping information on file with eBay. Items are shipped to addresses provided by eBay.
    -Buyers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information. When an address that is incomplete, or missing an apartment number, suite number, or any missing or incorrect information, the item will be returned to sender. When this happens, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost to have the item resent to the correct address..

5) Returns:
    -NO RETURNS!
    -You are protected from defective or damaged items. Otherwise, NO RETURNS.
    -Making false claims of an item being not as described, or wrong item being sent is considered fraud, and will be reported. 

6) Other:
    -I do not cancel transactions. This is something that the buyer must make a valid and documented request to do..
    -For the safety of both buyer and seller, all communications between buyer and seller will be done via eBay messaging.
