First of all, I must say that I take two rounds of pictures; one with a flash and one without. I usually prefer the "without a flash" pictures, but sometimes they turn out blurry. Consequently, that's why you see a difference in the pictures. Pictures 3 and 8 are with a flash. The non flash pictures are more color accurate.
This is a new with tags burgundy or maroon silk halter dress by Elizabeth and James. It's a classic empire design with straps going over the shoulders that button in back and can be either criss-crossed or straight. There are two buttons on each strap and two button holes on each side. The outer layer of silk chiffon is sheer, and the inner opaque layer or lining is polyester and spandex. Both the bust and skirt are lined. The skirt has 5.25" long silk chiffon tassels all the way around the hem, and there are 12 silk chiffon fabric covered buttons down the center back. New dress is marked a size XS or extra small, and the empire waist is 26.5". The outer layer is 100% silk while the lining is 97% polyester and 3% spandex. If you're lucky enough to fit into this lovely little cocktail, party, date, event, fancy dress, I'm jealous. Overall, new with tags Elizabeth and James frock is in excellent shape.
