Panasonic LUMIX DMC-SZ7 16MP Digital Camera FULL HD VIDEO - for spares or repair only

The camera has a problem - The lens doesn't retract fully and the lens protector/dust cover doesn't fully close - and when you take a picture with it, you get a white ghosting on the left hand side of the image. See last picture.
Its probably an easy fix, I think something is obstructing the lens.
