Size: Marked size Large.  Vintage sizes can vary so review all photos of measurements in this listing to ensure proper fit.  With the stretch bodice, I believe this could fit a variety of sizes.  This dress form is a modern 12, for reference.  Seems to be able to fit much larger.

Condition: Excellent vintage.  No flaws or wear I can see.  Tags are clear and crisp.  "Perhaps" unworn?????  All found together.
