Item will be cleared of dirt and debris though it will still likely appear used. “ Cleaning” means we wipe the item down and get rid of dirt and heavy debris. We do not take the item apart or polish the item. Item was tested prior to the removal from the car. Testing is done while the car is hooked to battery power and it was function properly at that time. This item has not been completely dismantled to check for flaws nor has it been rebuilt and is in the same condition it was when removed from the vehicle. Please ask any questions you may have prior to your purchase.

If purchasing an item with a light, know that we do not guarantee working bulbs as we are selling the part, not bulbs. If the bulbs often break during shipping as they are very fragile, so you should not expect the bulb to arrive functional.
