Late 1970s, to very early 1980s, Ralph Lauren Polo label, dark wash, straight leg jeans. These are a really nice, heavy-weight denim, and they have the old leather Ralph Lauren patch on the back of the waistband. The jeans are a standard 5 pocket style with western stitching on the back pockets. They are nice and crisp and have a crease line down the center fronts and backs of the legs but not much fade otherwise. 

condition: Excellent! Clean and ready to wear. The original owner's name is written on the inside pocket but, of course, this doesn't show through.

Note that these are marked a 30 but they are much smaller than that! Also remember that vintage denim fits differently than new denim. These are 100% cotton and won't have much give.

waist: 26" at rest. I can pull it taught to 27" but I really have to tug so I'm not sure they'll fit comfortably to 27"
