Vintage Snap-On "Vacuum Grip" #65 mini slip-joint pliers with a 1948 date code mark. Built-in side cutter, with a total length of 5.5". Nickel plated. 

Good used condition with typical wear, scratches and plating loss at the tip of the jaws and other high spots as seen in photos. Pliers have loosened up a little but still slip well. Original pressed nut. Cutters look good.
