Up for sale is a copy of Ultimate Spider-Man #1 from the 2009 series.  This is the 2nd print variant cover.

The book is a mid to lower grade copy.  Displays well for the grade.  See pictures for more details.

Grading is subjective and somewhat of an art rather than a science. I follow Overstreet Grading Guide standards and have been in the business of buying and selling comics for a long time.  I do my best to give an accurate grade and I am pretty strict.
