Being over 125 years old it shows expected signs of normal age and use. The lens is flawless. All 12 4X5 aluminum septums are included and are not damaged.
Mechanically it is working properly and the counter is also working. When I activated the shutter it opened, but would not close again. The mirrors for the view finders have oxidation, but produce a usable image.
I am not sure this is the original Cyclone #5 camera or the improved model made by Western Camera Mfg, Co. but I am quite sure is is the model before merging with Rochester Camera Co.
Measures 6" X 7" X 8-1/4" and weighs 2 pounds 13 ounces with film holders.
This camera has been in my collection for at least 45 years.
Examine the photos carefully as they are an important part of the description.
Included is a print-out of the owner's booklet.
