Each Resealable Mylar bag has an oxygen and moisture absorber to ensure the longest shelf life possible.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Open the package containing the freeze-dried diced fully cooked ham.
2. Measure out the desired amount of diced ham into a pot or bowl.
3. Boil water separately.
4. Pour the boiling water over the freeze-dried diced ham until it is fully submerged.
5. Allow the ham to rehydrate for about 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes tender and fully rehydrated.
6. Drain any excess water from the ham using a strainer or by carefully pouring it out.
7. Once rehydrated, the diced fully cooked ham is ready to be used in your desired recipes.
