Unless stated otherwise, all of our clothing merchandise in our store is brand new. Most of our items still have the tags on them but the ones that don’t are considered new without tags. We buy these items in bulk and we only sell authentic & new condition items. Since we do buy our items in bulk, occasionally a tag will get ripped off or an item could possibly get damaged. We take the time to inspect everyone of our items very carefully and if we find any flaws we will include them in the description as well as pictures. It’s important to us to provide 5 star service and to earn the trust of our buyers.

If you are buying clothing from us PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS! We include measurements with almost every piece of clothing we sell so please take the time to measure yourself to see if the clothing will fit even if the clothing size is the same size that you normally wear.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please message us and let us know. We are great about working with our buyers to come to a resolution so we are both happy. Currently we have a 100% satisfaction rating and it’s important to us to keep it.

We normally choose the shipping method that saves us the most money. If you are wanting your item shipped with a specific carrier then you will have to message us and let us know as soon as you purchase the item because we normally ship fast.
