1. Product description:

2. Processing/ Production:

- We leave 10 days as handling time because this is POD (print-on-demand) product. Normally, products will be shipped out after 2 - 3 days from purchasing. The tracking number of each product will be provided.

- Products that could not pass QC will be re-printed and more time is needed.

3. Cancellation/ Replacement/ Return/ Refund

- The cancellation is accepted only when the item is still in processing. On average, after one day from purchasing, items will be put into production.

- If the product has printing mistake, replacement will be offered

- Return/ refund will not be accepted due to wrong selection of product, color, size. We can not re-sell the print-on-demand products to other customers

- For all claims, please send us photos of received items so that we can check.
