Vintage pair of rather heavy duty garden shears as recently found in a large period house outbuilding clearance.

Unbelievable quality and thickness of the steel as shown.

Very well made to last a lifetime and manufacturing we probably won't ever see again.

Given them a gentle clean up and oil of the wood.

Tested and work fine to use as or further sharpen.

Beech handles solid.

Unfortunately no makers to see but 100% certain Made in Sheffield/England.
