Our business hours are Mon-Fri 10 am -5 pm EST. Messages will be promptly answered during business hours. Messages that come in after business hours will be answered the following business day. If we are available to answer messages after business hours and weekends, we will send a reply as we try to answer everything promptly. Should we not be available you will get a reply first thing on the following business day.

Shipping: Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We usually ship within 24 hours on business days. Currently we do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. We only ship domestically within the USA to the 48 continental states.
