Up for your consideration is an amazing 1860’s egg or farm basket. This was my Grandfathers. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This basket was made by his Grandfather and used on their farm. It has been displayed in my beach house for many years. This antique egg basket was lovingly handcrafted by my great great grandfather in the late 1800s. The basket measures 21 inches in size and is made from durable wicker material. Its rustic brown color and Americana style make it a great addition to any primitive or antique collection.
