Each Unit we Refurbish comes with a 90 Day warranty. Warranty will not cover any damage though caused by Physically dropping, stepping on, unit or any damage caused by Liquids.

Extended warranties are available via 3rd party

All returns will be verified via Serial Number and need to be in the Same condition as shipped with all covers attached.  Any USED Units will have the cost of parts deducted from any refund that are needed to Refurbish the returned unit

Shipping:

  • Item will must be shipped within 2days as soon as your payment verified.

  •  Please make sure your address before you pay.
  • We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limited to customs postage checking, strike, force majeure etc.
  • Buyers are responsible for any custom/duty taxes incurred in your country.

Return Policy:

  • If you are unsatisfied with our item or service, then please follow the good eBay practice to contact us before leaving any feedback. We are committed to resolve all issues in a friendly and satisfactory manner.
  • Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
  • Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
  • Items returned without notification will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.
