There is no contract or commitment. 

This plan works in the lower 48 states including Hawaii and Alaska (no international roaming)

You will get High Definition Video Streaming at ALL times. No need to worry about data caps or "stream saver" 

Some of my clients are using around 1TB with no issues.

Works way better than satellite internet and it is perfect for rural areas.

You are paying for the sim card(Triple Cut) that comes pre-activated for 30 days(the billing start the day you receive it in your hands) Then $79.99 a month if paying via Paypal autopay. 

If you have your own sim card I can't activate it. I need to send you a brand new one no exceptions. 

There is no hard throttling but AT&T at their discretion might deprioritize the line in times of congestion. 

Speeds vary depending on location so make sure AT&T works where you live as there are no refunds.
