Please note; 1999 thru 2003 Silver State Quarter Sets were never issued individually. Only the 2004 thru 2008 issues were released with the small sized individual "Black" boxes. The silver quarter sets for the first 5 years were only issued in the double lens format "Red" boxes.

These coins all have highly mirrored surfaces, frosted "Cameo" devices, and are high grade "Gem" Quality Proofs. These sets are free from the Hazing/Toning issues that seems to plague this years sets. And Yes, this is the same set that sold for Hundreds of Dollars 10-15 years ago.
