Quality Issues: Some dolls have production process defects. We do not display or open inventory and cannot control nor be held liable for production issues within sealed and unopened dolls. These are collectors items and should be treated as such. Items that are open, displayed, or minimal joint movement may result in breaking and we do not accept returns on items that were sent sealed, never removed from box (NRFB), or anything sold with issues noted within the description above. If you have concerns regarding production issues please ask before purchasing.  

Returns: We do our best to accurately describe each doll. If you have any questions or concerns about the condition of a doll, kindly send us a message BEFORE buying or making an offer. We will only accept returns for items that are grossly misrepresented. Any sealed dolls returned open will not be accepted. Any complete dolls returned with missing items will not be accepted. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
