This is a for a Vintage 1991 ERTL 1931 Hawkeye Wreaker Bank Rajah Temple Reading PA #2552.   It is 1/34 scale Coin Bank with Key, it is New in its Original Box.  The wreaker, advertising Rajah Temple Antique & Classic Car Club from Reading PA, is a locking coin bank with a key and is recommended for ages 8 and older. It is made in Mexico in 1991. The Hawkeye Wreaker is in mint condition.
