TERMS & POLICIES:

- Sales are final and non-refundable. By placing a bid, making an offer, or buying it now, you are agreeing with all the conditions of the sale.

- If the item lists as "Pre-owned," it is NOT a new with tag - and thus, each piece could have varying signs of use such as stains, scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, etc... Photos are included, and we will assume that if you do not ask, you are prepared to get a used item with signs of use that may or may not be visible in the photos and by no questions being asked about the condition or something you cannot see in the pictures that you accept it is USED.

- We do have a 4-day return on items only if the item was not received as listed.

- The shipping fee will not refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- You must email and get our agreement on the return request before you can ship it back.

- If we have another item in stock, you will only get an exchange for that item; if not, we will issue a refund for you.

- If your auction or received request is not paid for within two days, we will relist the item, and unfortunately, eBay will mark your account as a non-paying auction/accepted offer.
