PAYMENT:

All payments through Pay-Pal, payment does not include any import duties / taxes / duties etc.

 

SHIPPING:

All products will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of payment confirmed on our account

Any import duties and taxes on this product, if any,  are payable by the buyer as soon as the goods reach their country.

 

DELIVERY:

The product is delivered to your doorstep. Please include your full delivery address and contact number at the time of your order.

Please note that some countries may have local import regulations that restrict the import of certain products. We cannot be responsible for the delivery of orders due to local import regulations and restrictions in your respective countries. Refunds / returns are not possible in such cases.

 

RETURN RULES:

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please return the product, unused, in its original packaging and we will immediately resend a replacement or FULL REFUND using the same method of payment that the buyer used. Please note that the shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer.

Before you sign the receipt on delivery, check the product for any damage that may have occurred during transport in front of the delivery person. If you discover that the product is in a damaged condition due to improper handling, please do not sign the receipt and please return the package. We take care of all claims with the delivery agent.

Refunds are accepted within 60 days of product receipt.
