Does not come with any batteries. No testing has been done. The truck definitely shows signs of cosmetic flaws associated with play, which include scratches, dirt, broken side mirrors, etc. The remote is not included. The trucks body measurements are approximately bumper to bumper 12" L. x 4" H. x 6" W. The trucks overall length is 16".
