Weighted lap blanket - 2lbs in weight and a size of approximately 12" x 20" (30cm x 51cm) so suitable for a variety of ages and a popular size for lap use but can be used around the shoulders as well.

They are recommended for sufferers of anxiety, autism, ADHD, Asperger's and sleep disorders. Guide lines say they should not be used for below 3 years of age and the user should be capable of being able to remove the blanket. Latest research has shown they bring comfort to those living with dementia and similar by soothing agitation.

This lap pad is made with a quality 100% cotton fabric - red background with yellow Pikachu heads and other pokemon character outlines.

Backed with black fleece for a soft feel. It is completely lined inside so pellets are safely contained. 

The weighting is by brand new white HDPE virgin Poly Pellets, evenly distributed in  pockets across the lap blanket - these are brand new polyethylene pellets heat resistant to a high temperature so are:

Washable at 30 degrees and air or tumble dried.
