Victorian Copper Jelly Mould by Benham & Froud No.644
Great Antique Late 19th Century example.
My research suggests the was used between c1855-1924. The orb was adopted because the firm made the present cross on the dome of St Paul's Cathedral in 1821 and it could be seen from the workshop.
The jelly mold is in relatively good condition for its age, however please examine all photos closely, it has some dings and dents and distortion to the shape commensurate with age.
Height - 12cm
Diameter - 11cm at base
Length- 13cm at base
The jelly mold will be packed very carefully to ensure it arrives with you safely.
