The Buffet Crampon E11 Clarinet in Bb (B flat) with a nickel-plated key mechanism is a very popular choice for those looking for a first real Grenadilla wooden clarinet. The E11 is often recommended by teachers because of the easy response and precise intonation.

The Grenadilla (also called African blackwood) has a rich, warm tone and a superior feel. The nickel-plated mechanism is very durable and requires less polishing than a silver-plated mechanism. However, nickel is sometimes found to be slippery and some may be allergic to nickel. The E11 Clarinet is free blowing and has a high-quality hand-finish. The Clarinet is made by Buffet Crampon in a dedicated German workshop in Markneukirchen, a town that has been known for the musical instruments since the 17th century.

The E11 is often chosen by ambitious students who have outgrown their first ABS clarinet and are looking for an instrument that challenges to continue studying, at an attractive price.

Delivery and Returns

We ship worldwide. We take care in packing our articles safely. All instruments sold by us are carefully set up and play-checked prior to shipping. You will receive a notification and tracking number that your shipment went out.

Within European Community: We ship with Netherlands Priority Post. Delivery is 2 - 5 working days.

Outside of the European Community: We ship with Netherlands Priority Post which then hooks up with delivery companies such as USPS. Delivery worldwide is 1 - 2 weeks.

If you wish to have your order send with a different postal service that is possible. Please let us know and we will contact you regarding the possibilities and possible extra costs.

Returns: We extend 30 days time to either fall in love with your purchase or return it. If you decide to return it we will refund your money and we ask you to pay the return shipping only.
