• We Ship within Canada and to the United States.
• A signature upon delivery is mandatory!.
• All items come insured up to $100. If you want to insure your shipment for it's full value, please ask in advance as there are additional charges of approx. $3 per $100 of additional coverage.
• All our products ship thoroughly wrapped to protect the contents.
• Any damage to the shipping box does NOT mean your item is damaged.
• Please open and inspect your items the same day they are received, and message us to confirm your satisfaction.
