If you like the appeal of vintage used children's toys, then this should have your attention. Plenty of little things wrong but just enough to give it a nice rustic played-with appeal. 

 

Probably something missing from it, like a plate base and cord. The rotary does spin and then spins back. It does make a little bell noise when doing this but probably made more of a sound back in the day but still a cute little feature. The headset also has a little bearing in it making a little rattle noise,

 

The paper ring with the numbers had been torn and taped back together - the repair is only seen on the underside.

 

No markings, so unsure who made it or when, but I would guess it was made around the 1950s when pressed steel toys started to become popular.

 

Approx. 7-1/2" long and 4-1/2" tall. Weighs about ½ a pound.
