Payment accepted solely through eBay.  Payment is due within 2 days or 48 hours.  If you do not intend to pay within this period of time please DO NOT BID/BUY…. Otherwise, an unpaid case will be opened and item will be relisted.  I do of course understand life happens sometimes and I am happy to work things out if there is an issue. I am pretty easy to work with but you HAVE to CONTACT Me and let me know, I cannot read minds.  Thank you :) It has been my experience that the tags on the shoes and clothing pieces are not always accurate.  Since 99% of the shoes, clothing and other treasures are not my own personal items, it is important for me as a seller to provide as much information as possible so that a buyer can make an informed decision and that is why I take the time to measure the shoes and clothes and various other treasures and provide those measurements in my descriptions.  If you are unsure of a description or something in my auction, please ask questions prior to bidding as all sales are final. I do not accept returns unless I have made a gross error in the listing. This means I do not accept returns for fit, sizing, color issues, or buyer’s remorse. Measurements are approximate to give you an idea of how an item will fit. If an item does not fit, please feel free to use my photos to list the item on eBay.  I will list any flaws that I have detected. Please remember I am only human and if there seems to be an oversight that was clearly made on my part, please communicate with me so that I can resolve the issue before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I promise to make it right. My intentions are to treat everyone the way I love to be treated… with the best customer service possible.

The items I sell come from a variety of sources, including retail stores, outlets, yard sales, thrift stores and our own closets. Because of this I cannot always tell you everything about an item. I will however be up front and honest in my descriptions and would never sell anything that I wouldn't use for my own family. If you are sensitive to certain allergens, I ask that you please not bid. My items come from many different sources and I cannot guarantee that these items were not exposed to pets, smoke, perfumes or other allergens. Also, the color of items may vary due to photo quality and or computer screen resolution.  Some colors can be difficult to describe & capture.  Your monitor may show a slight variation from mine.  The lighting on the camera will affect the pictures.  If exact color is a concern, please contact me before you bid.

Please make sure your shipping address is listed correctly in your eBay and PayPal accounts, BEFORE you make a payment. I ship Fed EX, USPS-Priority Mail, Parcel Select or Ground Advantage. Shipping will be done within or close to two BUSINESS days after receiving a cleared payment. Any item over $199.99 will have a Signature Confirmation included in the shipping charge. This is required for eBay payments. This is not a retail store.  All sales are final.  I do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented.
