For international buyers, I often list items using EBAY’s Global Shipping Program (particularly physically larger items like vehicles/playsets) and may not be able to combine shipping costs on certain items as eBay will not allow it.

I can not/will not “under declare” the value of an item on customs forms so the winner can avoid customs fees/VAT taxes etc.
