All Wheels purchased are dispatched the following working day and are delivered on a tracked service with DHL
Free delivery on the DHL service only applies to UK mainland (zone 1) only. For zones 2 and 3 on the map below and for overseas, postage is subject to a charge... please contact us for a quote.
A tracking number is provided with every purchase.
Returns
All our Wheels are covered by eBay’s Money back Guarantee
All Wheels are pictured and stored incase of further ebay cases being opened due to damage after fitment any damage occurred after receiving the wheel will invalidate your warranty.
We offer 14 Day return on all of our wheels.
In the event that a wheel is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, Wheels 2 Motion Ltd must be notified within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover any fitment labour costs under any circumstances.
In the event that a wheel is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the wheel returned to us within 14 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
