Waco Melody in Motion Clown with Saxophone, Hand Painted Bisque Porcelain, Not Working

This poor clown is just as cute as he can be, but can he can no longer dance or play music. He may be fixable, but currently he is just nice to look at 🤡. He has been in storage for quite a while so he may need some surface cleaning. Around 12 1/2" tall on a 6" x 4 1/2" base. No chips or cracks.
