A rare set of 12 antique Dresden porcelain hand painted portrait plates. The plates are approximately 9 inches (22.5cm) diameter. The beautiful portraits are all different and are on lustrous green backgrounds with raised gold. The green background on one plate is a slightly different tone to the others. The green backgrounds have some stacking wear, and there is noticeable wear including missing golds beads and some spots of age discoloration to the gold. Otherwise, the plates are in excellent condition with only one small flake to the back of one plate (the tip of the pen is pointing to it). Please see the photos for details. Thank you for looking!
