Ideal heel height for helping to hit squat depth, I also love them for bench as well. Solid platform, comfy upper, nice and breathable. Size 10 UK, I'm usually a 9 or 9.5 so bear that in mind, adidas do tend to be a half-size smaller than other brands. RRP £120.
