Shipping

This item will be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) with Royal Mail tracked delivery (insured). Other express delivery options are available at checkout.

If preferred, this item can be collected from our office in Birmingham (B44 postcode). Collection is only available when a time has been pre-arranged with a member of our team.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund as long as the box is still sealed. If the box has been unsealed/opened/damaged, a 25% deduction of the purchase price will be applied. If the device has been damaged, further reductions to the refund may be applied.

To return the item to us, simply login to your eBay account & select the order from your purchase history. Choose 'Return this item' & select 'Changed my mind' as the reason for the return. eBay will then automatically generate a return label for you. (Please note that you are charged for this return label. It is always advisable to use a tracked & insured delivery service).
