This is Thomas Kinkade's Teleflora "Sweet Shoppe" Snowflake Fudge Shoppe.  It was issued in 2022 and features a lighted shop with the lady of the shop offering a selection of sweets to the young shopper.  The piece is detailed with stone walls and freshly fallen snow on the roof and walkways.  It is missing the hanging sign from the side of the building but has a lovely "wooden" bench on the opposite side. There are a few smudges on the back roof and back base of the cottage, as can be seen in the photos.  It measures approximately 7 1/8" L x 5" W and 5 1/8" H.  And while preowned, it is in very good condition.  The shop is illuminated by the switch on the back and requires 2 AA batteries (not included).  The shop will compliment any of the Thomas Kinkade villages.  I do not have the original box but will package it appropriately for shipping.
